Energy wave does not appear #2

When you shoot Kamehameha, the glow shows up but the energy wave does not. This 
issue was observed on OpenGL 4.1.

There is no way for further investigation at this moment.

There is another probably related case where the energy wave is rendered in 
black.

It's been a long time, but I believe I have fixed this. I luckily found the 
possible cause while I was working on the Linux version. The fix will be in 
0.1b.
