Asset harvesting - part one #22

This PR adds in several new assets for use in building out a new map called Saguaro. There still needs to be a license file that tracks all of the assets we have in the project. This adds new building prefabs, plants, military vehicles, and an AC unit for decorating buildings. Also many pride flags, for doing capture the pride flag! 😎
