Yolo Deployments:

[x] Check overlap between BARD and DWR/ybt deployment table; discard duplicate deployment records

All Deployments:

[x] Check dates/times - logical ranges? Any strange values?
[x] Final deployments/detections data frames: include both UTC and GMT+8 columns
[x] Check no DeploymentStart > DeploymentEnd
[x] Make sure all receivers have lat/longs and that they are consistent within location
[x] Assign each receiver a basin
