Right now, we have another demo repository with partially outdated samples. That one ("demo") will be archived soon and replaced with one repository per programming language.

In this PR, this repo should be prepared for this change.

Split the sample to distinguish more between gRPC, REST/HTTP and SOAP/WCF.
Support both v0 and v1
Use the newly created client packages
Updated the readme
