Can we also put the scripts in scripts/widows and scripts/linux folders 🙏 that makes our life easier down the line I think

I've updated the windows scripts to just fail if they're not run as an admin 🤔 We do it like that in the migration script and it seems a bit easier and less error prone to me

Also in the linux scripts I've added support for the scripts creating the service folder so that partly addresses #135
