Add command to add quotes to point leaderboard #11

I think it would be fun if everyone could add goofy fake win conditions that the bot would randomly pull from when posting the point leaderboard. (eg. "last place owes hutch an Uber eats gift card").

A fun way to add these instead of an explicit command (or in addition to?) could be an off-the-cuff voting system where if someone says something that could be a funny quote to put on the leaderboard, you could react to the message with a specific emoji. And if enough people react to the message, it gets added.
