Change /leaderboard command to a weekly auto post #9

Credit to hutch, we think it'd be more fun to have the point totals be a mystery that gets revealed at the end of every week. No one will be able to see how many points anyone has until the bot posts the leaderboard on Friday or something like that.

To add to this, only display points that were bestowed in that last week. Total points don't change by that much to be noticeable week by week, so I think anyone can invoke /leaderboard if they want, and what will be the mystery is how many points each person got/lost that week.

I'd still like this to eventually be an auto post, but for the time being #32 will add the ability to see the leaderboard for just the past week, it just needs to be invoked manually.
