Users should link another device when creating account #12

Not sure yet how exactly this will take shape.

After an account is successfully created (gotCreateAccountSuccess) instead of going to the authorisation screen, go into linking mode (custom screen). On this screen explain why linking another device is recommended (or even, necessary) and also add a subtle/small link to bypass this initial linking procedure.
