WIP: IPFS Support for Uppy #5

Uppy fetches files locally and from remote places like Dropbox or Instagram. With its seamless integration, reliability and ease of use, Uppy is truly your best friend in file uploading.

Add support for selecting from WNFS, from a CID, and to also use the Fission, Web3.storage etc as a backend store.

@bmann Thanks for the heads up about Uppy. It makes total sense to bridge WNFS, filecoin with the world of existing cloud storage and local files in one go.
