[ ] api POST /api/v0/filecoin/keypair to create a new key pair - skeleton
[ ] api POST /api/v0/filecoin/message to request a cosignature, and optionally send it to Filecoin network - skeleton
[x] don't commit an .env file
[ ] remove the example controller and services
