Store `root_proof` from login in `wnfs/store.json` instead of in local IPFS #578

The problem is essentially: We treat the local IPFS blockstore as ephemeral, but store the UCAN in there.

Instead, we should store the UCAN in ~/.config/fission/wnfs/store.json.
