Need blockquote styling for blogs, eg.

Thanks @icidasset for this! At some point, we'll want actual design done. I love having "visible" quotes but a bit much for our minimalistic site eg https://codepen.io/JoeHastings/pen/MOdRVm (from this quick search on some blockquote styles https://freefrontend.com/css-quote-styles/)
