Actually make redirects work #55

I was wondering why it seemed like redirects stopped working. Well, because Ghost uploads the file and keeps it on disk, so of course, when Heroku reboots the dynos, it loses the ephemeral file.

I think I need to CHECK IN the redirects file, I think to content/data https://ghost.org/docs/tutorials/implementing-redirects/

(that's the new YAML format, but I'll start by assuming it's in the same spot)
