Updated default node version to 20.16.0 in fission/node-env environment.
Updated current node version to 22.6.0 in fission/node-env-22 environment.
Updated node version to 20.16.0 in fission/node-env-debian environment.

Fixes: #364

The images are pushed to GHCR. https://github.com/orgs/fission/packages?tab=packages&q=node
