As addressed in #230 - there seems to be an issue with the interaction between Fission Workflows and the default Python environment in Fission.

So far I have added a e2e test case to reproduce the issue - but not yet found the cause.

Changed my mind about having these WIP PRs open, since I have not had the chance to actively work on a fix. Will re-open it once I get the time.
