Not available for R version 3.4.4 #3

Hi, I have problems installing the package under Windows 10 using RStudio. I tried the version recommended in the ReadMe (3.4.4) as well as 3.4.0 and higher versions. R always tells me that the package is not available for the R version I'm using. I tried installation via CRAN as well as via the install_github function (devtools).
