Not sure if this is something you may want to consider going forward, but the majority of your interface and code is in English, with only a few locations where it is not, one of which being the main screen.
I know this program was originally designed with Italy in mind, however it is a very useful tool, and I figured since it seems that you've been adding more English translation (as I saw with the addition of an English report), that this might help to further that goal.
