Reproduction Steps

Open app.chuongnau.com
"add new form"/ or choose "view question form" for an existed question form.

User experience

Most of the time I try to create question form. I have to click "save questions" more than twice because of the No.1 Blank Question Box.

Suggest improvements

"Reuse Question" should be added to the question box so people can use the sample box directly or they do not forget to delete it later.
Other option: remove the question box sample.
