Change base template from GitHub default to other that supports custom JavaScript & CSS #6

With the new #5 and even if using simple string replace with IDEs the relations between items is getting harder to maintain, even for a simple MVP.

Changing the base template (instead of optimize the #5) can be a alternative for short term.

For the current complexity #2, sadly, this strategy here maybe would not be sufficient.
