Remove uwazi-installer service to avoid reset dataset if the command `docker-compose start` is used instead of `docker-compose up -d uwazi` #22
As mentioned here #21 the docker-compose start also start the service uwazi-installer, that is not more used and was forgotten in the docker-compose.yml.
