Link to institute edit in header

In _header.html look for #link-to-institute-plz <-- make this link to parent institute edit page.

I just realised that we will have permission issues with this, i.e. who can see / edit what on an institute?

E.g:

If I am a teacher looking at institute edit I should only see the courses I have edit access to, and should not be able to edit all the other details.
If I'm a institute admin looking at institute edit I see all courses and all edit options

Is that right? Maybe we should talk it through, sorry! :)

A few remarks:

at the moment only a super admin and an institute's admin can edit course,
probably we would like to send some flag "can_edit_course" so we can disable edit options on a UI layer
what about program managers? What they can do?

@willdayble I don't see #link-to-institute-plz in _header.html.

You can simply use /institute/edit :)
