Lesson - Reload / re-jig the chart upon hiding sidebars? #52

To replicate: On the lesson view, hit the "hide" button [data-fit-minright] on the sidebar twice (to hide, and then unhide).

The chart seems to set its width on page load, so we might need to reload it, or re-trigger it's 'draw' thing when the user changes the width of the inner area?

It does it fine on changing the window size.
