Problem getting full list of column types for CDC data #6

Initial data set has 13 columns, but only 12 types come back. The first column is a Notes column, and it appears to be empty, so that might be throwing the Python mapper off.

Bug in Python code. Stripping the line caused the initial, empty (blank) description to be stripped (well, duh) out. Commented out.
