NO python installation found in the registary

I have downloaded ride robotframework-ride-1.1.win-amd64.exe from the home page 
when I am trying to install the RIDE it is saying the "NO python installation 
found in the registary "

Looks like you haven't installed Python or your Python installation is 
corrupted. Notice that this issue tracker isn't in use anymore and RIDE issues 
wouldn't belong here anyway.
