Incorporate corpus callosum to connect hemispheres. #1

Some brains seem to have large longitudinal fissures, which can cause the hemispheres to print separately.

I've started to address this in 865c907. Still need to fix a few things and then check the output.

The corpus callosum seems like it causes problems with the final stl file. Most of the brain looks really pixelated after adding CC.

Corpus callosum dropped for now. Unless someone finds a way to make it work, I'm going to close this issue.
