Full pipeline for BIDS-compatible datasets. #2

Need a nipype pipeline.

I've updated the pipeline somewhat, though I'm not sure how we want to handle making the stl files. Do we want to limit the pipeline to the standard RH GM + LH GM brain, or should we allow users to input, say, a list of labels from the aparc+aseg file (LUT here) to create combo models (like subcortical regions and stuff)? Doing the former is pretty easy in nipype, but I don't know how to do the latter in a pipeline.

The models we want to provide can be discussed in #4.
