Rename Top Level run.py #22

Potentially rename the outer level run.py or the bidsifier/run.py to a more descriptive name. It's currently ambiguous which run.py is being referenced in the sample submission. @tsalo

How about run.py --> cis_proc.py (like afni_proc) and bidsifier/run.py --> bidsifier/bidsify.py? Tagging @mriedel56 to your opinion.

What if we moved the stuff in bidsifier/ into a new repository, cis-bidsify, and just kept the Singularity-independent stuff (cis_proc.py, anon_acqtimes.py, config/, and heuristics/) in cis-processing?

This is done in #23 and in the new cis-bidsify repository.
