@mriedel56 @adamkimbler I'd love to get your opinions on this. The goal is to support sequences here that are not supported in BIDS and/or ReproIn at the moment, including SWI and complex multi-echo EPI.
Behavior should be the same as ReproIn, although there will be less validation and fewer checks than ReproIn implements, so we'll need to be careful about our protocol naming and we'll also want to work with the ReproIn folks to get our preferred sequences supported in the real deal.
NOTE: Because HeuDiConv uses the dicom headers to get a lot of the necessary information, I haven't been able to properly test the heuristics file on real data.

I'm going to close this because I think we can adapt the ReproIn heuristic directly if we need to. I've had success supporting SWI, SBRef, and complex data so far.
