I'm thinking we could name the new one something like cis-infrastructure
. If we can build the cis-bidsutils
Sphinx documentation in the cis-infrastructure
site, that would be great too.
Can we just call it something like cis-meta
or cis-infra
? The whole cis-infrastructure
name just looks long and unwieldy to me.
Sure, cis-infra
sounds good. cis-meta
sounds more like it's related to meta-analysis to me. Or the analysis of CIS metadata (like scans and stuff).
I forgot that GitHub limits domains based on the organization name, so it would actually end up being fiu-neuro.github.io/cis-infra/
, which I don't love. What about making a FIU-Neuro.github.io
repo for the parent website?
I've started work in https://github.com/FIU-Neuro/FIU-Neuro.github.io so I will close this now.
Should we create a centralized repository with documentation that links out to all of the CIS workflow repositories? We can use RTD or GitHub pages so that there's an actual website for users to reference.
