Closes #59.

Changes proposed:

Rename cis_proc.py to conversion_workflow.py.
Rename cis.py to pull_dicoms_workflow.py.
Improve documentation, including filling in several docstrings.
Change some parameter names.
- Especially changed the merge functions to have a "source/target" parameter name patter.
