installation error #1

Chandrum When I run, rake spree_ccavenue:install I get the following error Could not mirror /home/siddique/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.9.2-p290/bundler/gems/Spree-CCAvenue-7ed378a2c83a/lib/tasks/../../db - entity does not exist. Are we missing something here?

I have updated the docs so that it reflects the right install process to follow.
