No shipping methods if shipping address is Canada from USA origin. #21

Magento 1.8.1.0 + Shipsync 5 There are no shipping methods (Rate, Ship) on the Front-end if shipping address is Canada from USA origin. If shipping address is USA, Mexico or UK from USA origin this module is working well.
