Right now we only support mkv.

Low priority. May require significant changes because of differences in the various container formats.

Closing since I have no plans to address. As a workaround, ffmpeg or mkvtoolnix/mkvmerge can remux the container into mkv before running batchtranscode.

Reopening. We may be able to remux into mkv with ffmpeg and then encode.
