Implemented proper HDR detection. Implemented cropscan fallback values so most shorter videos will encode with default parameters. Removed the default dummy slackurl parameter. It's no longer required if you aren't sending Slack notifications. Reworked the script logic to support the updated version of ffmpeg from https://www.johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg. We no longer need separate ffmpeg binaries for 8 and 10 bit encodes. Minor script refactoring.
