Libopus encoding support #6

Libopus encoding support with the workaround in place for the following ffmpeg defect:

Since we're no longer compiling ffmpeg, we can't patch the defect.

Need to test the ffmpeg we're using first to see if the channel mapping is still wrong or if this has already been fixed upstream.
