Re-add RSS Feed #42

"RSS and Atom feeds" were removed in version 2.5.0. see Changelog

We are using that feature. Could you please explain, why it is gone? It is possible to reactivate this feature?

To be honest not entirely sure. It was removed I believe by the original maintainers. Haven't looked into which commit(s) though or why. But yes adding it back would good.

This seems to be re-implemented upstream: https://github.com/CachetHQ/Cachet/pull/3659 (at least partially).

My Laravel is too bad to review/implement this myself, so I'd like to highlight the change(s) here.
