Add pluralistic.net.txt #1206

I can't see a real difference with and without that siteconfig. Could you point me what's better?

Primarily, the correct entry title is pulled, without it sets the blog header as title. And sets the author field as well for wallabag. (Body and date perhaps superfluous.)
