Feature request: Save on `cmd + s` or `ctrl + s` #17

Would be cool if it saved on cmd + s or ctrl + s. Cheers and thanks for a great service! D

PS Might also be cool if the rendered markdown had a little less space between bullet points. This is kinda minor though and very much personal preference, just thought I'd mention it in case you happen to agree.

Will have a look at adding that shortcut, should be easy. Will also take a look at styling when I get the chance. Am currently really pressed for time on other things, but do want to try and improve things.

On offline mode, making the editor available offline is fairly straightfoward (for those browsers that support) but, as there are currently no user accounts, saving is a bit weirder. I may implement some basic user accounts, and maybe move the interface over to a Backbone.js basis to make syncing a bit easier (which might also enable easier live-updates at some point). Open to feedback though.
