mlb-elo has wrong starting pitchers for Reds-Pirates double-header, 2016-09-17 #279

Hi all,

Just wanted to alert you to the fact that the double-header between the Reds and the Pirates you all have listed Brandon Finnegan as the pitcher for the Reds and Trevor Williams for the Bucs, both for both games. It seems that neither of these pitchers started those games:
