Add links to favorability and vp approvals to the data download page. I am also updating the Favorability polls file to only include Trump national polls, so the note here will reflect the soon-to-be-made changes.

We have had a request for model data from the new polling averages also, as we publish for the presidential approval model. Not sure where we would put those, but worth publishing, probably.
