Updates for dbt-utils to dbt-core cross-db macro migration

Hey @fivetran-sheringuyen, @fivetran-joemarkiewicz, Any chance to push the upgrade quickly ? When adding: - package: fivetran/facebook_ads_source version: [">=0.5.0", "<0.6.0"] I've got an error: Version error for package fivetran/fivetran_utils: Could not find a satisfactory version from options: ['=0.4.0', '>=0.3.0', '<0.4.0']

Hi @LouisMonierSpark unfortunately we will not be able to push these changes until dbt Labs releases the dbt-utils v1.0.0 version. Would you be able to share what your packages.yml config is at the moment?

It may be that for the time being you will need to downgrade the fivetran_utils package (if you have it included in your packages.yml) until we are able to releases these migration changes for dbt-utils v1.0.0
