this model doesn't change after data is loaded into it, and it draws from the very hefty `stg_fivetran_log__log` model, so let's make it incremental **Please indicate the level of urgency and business impact of this request**

Hi all,

Just wanted to provide an update here that this is currently a working and functional branch that properly adds incremental logic to the changelog. Currently this issue has not been closed and the corresponding PR #35 has not been merged because there has not been enough interest into this feature.
