Update field_option variable reference #12

Change variable to point to 'field_option' instead of 'option'

Thanks for catching this @hereistam! In addition to this fix, there are a few updates I would like to make before merging with master. As such I will approve and merge your changes to my field-option-fix branch. From there I will open it up for review to merge with master.
