What change(s) does this PR introduce?

• adds match_type to the uniqueness tests on the search report model. this field is a coalescing of the report's match type fields, which are included in tests on the report's staging model
• explicitly select from the leftside of left joins when possible (specifically for ID fields that we test for null-ness, as microsoft will hard-delete things from history tables 😢 )

Overall - LGTM, I would like to hold off on merging until Clay gets a chance to try out this branch but ow, it looks good to me with the above minor suggestions if you'd like to add them.
