What change(s) does this PR introduce?

Allow for more pass-through columns and add enabled/disabled configs for the ap bill and ar invoice tables which may not be present in the customer schema. ~Finally, introduce a new account field called Retained Earnings to help resolve the issue of Balance Sheets not rounding out.~ moved to new branch

• we are moving retained earnings updates to its own branch. This branch will only reflect changes for pass through columns, ap bill and ar invoice variables, and filtering out soft deletes.
