adds the updated_at column to our uniqueness tests on the creative url tag history stg model. we forgot to add this before, as we do already partition by updated_at
updates package versions
removes _fivetran_synced from this model's yml docs. we don't actually pass it through to the staging model, so either we remove it from the docs (current solution) or indeed add it as a column!
