In this PR we're updating the DBT project to enable the Fivetran Transformations feature:

DBT CLI configuration: adding the profiles path to the dbt_project file.
Fivetran Transformations requirements: the deployment file is required for this feature to work. It schedules DBT commands that will be orchestrated by Fivetran.
