Looking for teammates to build a privacy preserving AI based AD blocker

I am thinking about working on a privacy preserving AI based AD blocker which unlike ADBlock does not require a manually created static list. Also, it can understand if the web page wants to forcibly wants to show ads[e.g. dailymail] so that we can take an appropriate decision accordingly. I am just pondering about it right now, if anyone is interested and has experience in AI/ML, I would love to brainstorm this.

Hey guys! I'm a Masters student pursuing Cybersecurity at Georgia Tech. I have software dev experience and I've worked on a couple of reinforcement learning projects. I've also done some work in privacy preserving image encryption and have a publication about the same.
