neek2o vc/ww cheats #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch any vc or ww with neek2o or from within neek2o
2. cheats are on and working with other loaders usblgx/postloader
3. cheats do not work. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cheats to work.

What version of the product are you using?
r68

If its a problem with GC games, what DIOS MIOS (Lite) version is used?

If an exception occurs, please attach a picture of it.

Please attach the log file if possible (system->debug->save debug).

Please attach a syscheck if possible.

Please provide any additional information below.
