- PlayHT specifically benefits from pre-warming as its grpc client needs to fetch an auth token prior to generating. Note that this token is wiped upon re-init, so we need to be smart about only initing once.
- Tweak TTS factory to always use the non-edge version of PlayHT, so that we can get the grpc goodness.
- Add support for setting the test page text via a URL param.
